Description
Banff, in the province of Alberta, Canada, is the most important town in Banff National Park, in the Canadian Rockies.
In spite of everything, it is not a very big town, since the urbanization is very controlled and restricted because it is a National Park. It has a fairly high number of hotel beds.
Nearby is Mount Buffalo, which gets its name because of its shape, reminiscent of the profile silhouette of a bison. At the present time this elevation is called Mount Tunel (Tunel Mountain) because an attempt was made to excavate a tunnel underneath, but finally it was not possible.
