Job Position

Customer Service Representative


Locations: Anchorage and Girdwood, Alaska

Hourly wage

  • Anchorage worksites: $15 per hour
  • Girdwood worksite: $20 per hour

Main duties

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Operate the cash register and process cash and card payments.
  • Assist customers with store products and services.
  • Restock merchandise, organize displays and monitor inventory.
  • Maintain clean and orderly sales, food-service and customer areas.
  • Follow workplace, food-safety and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Complete other convenience-store duties assigned by supervisors.

The area is home to Alyeska Resort, its scenic aerial tram and excellent skiing and snowboarding. Other experiences include hiking the Winner Creek and North Face trails, glacier tours, dog sledding, snowmobiling, wildlife viewing and visits to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.
