Job Positions

Food & Beverage Crew Member

Openings: 3 positions
Location: Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri
Pay: $15 per hour

Participants may be assigned to one or more of the following roles according to operational needs:

Server / Cashier

• Welcome customers and explain menu or buffet options.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Refill beverages and respond to customer requests.
• Clean and reset tables and service areas.

Busser

• Clear, clean and reset tables between customers.
• Transport dishes and utensils to the kitchen.
• Restock dining-room supplies and service stations.
• Assist servers during busy periods.
• Maintain clean and organized guest areas.

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Organize clean kitchen supplies.
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas sanitary.
• Assist with general cleaning and other assigned duties.
