Job Positions

Restaurant Crew Member

Location: Garden City, Utah
Pay: $13 per hour

Participants may be assigned to one or more of the following positions according to the restaurant’s operational needs.

Cashier

• Welcome customers and explain menu options.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Assemble orders and verify their accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized service counter.

Prep Cook

• Prepare ingredients for daily restaurant service.
• Assist with burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items and side dishes.
• Follow recipes, portions and presentation standards.
• Restock ingredients and food-preparation stations.
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, cookware, trays and utensils.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Organize clean kitchen supplies.
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas sanitary.
• Assist with general cleaning and other assigned duties.
