Food & Beverage Crew Member

Location: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Listed pay: $14 per hour, depending on whether the assigned position is tipped or non-tipped

Available Assignments

Kitchen Crew

• Prepare ingredients and assist with pizzas, pasta, salads and desserts.
• Restock food-preparation and buffet stations.

• Assist other team members during busy service periods.

Cook / Pizza Cook

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings and menu items.
• Assemble and bake pizzas according to restaurant standards.

• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and restock the cooking station.

Busser / Buffet Attendant

• Clear, clean and reset tables.
• Remove dishes and transport them to the kitchen.
• Monitor and clean the buffet and beverage areas.
• Restock plates, utensils, napkins and condiments.
• Assist customers and maintain an organized dining room.

Host / Hostess

• Welcome customers and explain the buffet process.
• Manage the entrance and customer flow.
• Escort guests to available seating when required.
• Answer basic questions about the restaurant and menu.
• Support cashiers and dining-room employees during busy periods.
