Description:

Barista’s and Café Attendants play a key role in the delivering a personalized experience
for each guest by creating something special and unique just for them. Your role as a
Barista or Café Attendant is to provide exceptional service and work as part of a team to
deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

Job Duties:
  • Offer professional, friendly and engaging service personalized to cater to every guest.

  • Take beverage orders directly from guests and servers.

  • Prepare coffee and tea based beverages in a quick manner.

  • Ensuring that all products are stocked and the service area and Café are kept

    clean.

  • Knowledge of POS system and processing of guest payments.

  • Follow the resort’s policies and procedures, adhere to the grooming policies of

    the resort.

  • Other duties as required.

Required Experience:
  •  Previous customer service experience is an asset.

  • Previous experience in high volume café is an asset.

  • Barista experience is preferred.

  • Experience with POS and/or Micros systems.

  • Successful completion of the Provincial Certification Alcohol Service Certificate.

    prior to start date (BC – Serving It Right, AB - ProServe) - **only if the Café serves alcoholic beverages.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong leadership skills, positive team player.
