Description:
Server’s play a key role in the overall success of a restaurant and delivering a
memorable guest experience. Your role as a server is to provide expert food and drink
knowledge, while delivering prompt, exceptional service to the guest.

 

Job Duties:

    • Offer professional, friendly and engaging service personalized to cater to every type of guest.

 

    • Thorough knowledge and presentation of daily specials, food and drink options and general information, ability to suggest and recommend items to the guest.

 

    • Delivering prompt but appropriate flow of service.

 

    • Ensuring that all service items are stocked (Cutlery, plates, napkins, glassware).

 

  • Knowledge of POS system and processing of guest payments.
    • Follow the restaurant’s policies and procedures, adhere to the grooming policies of the resort.

 

    • Other duties as required.

 

 

Required Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
    • Previous experience in high volume fast paced food & beverage location is required.

 

    • One year minimum serving experience.

 

    • Experience with POS and/or Micros systems.

 

    • Successful completion of the Provincial Certification Alcohol Service Certificate.
      prior to start date (BC – Serving It Right, AB - ProServe).

 

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

    • Strong leadership skills, positive team player.
