Description:

Server Assistant’s play a key role in the overall success of a restaurant and delivering a
memorable guest experience. Your role as a server assistant is to provide support to the
server in all aspects of the dining experience to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Duties:

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

• Knowledge and presentation of daily specials, some menu items and general information. 

• Assisting the server’s in clearing tables and delivering food items, refilling drinks/water throughout service.

• Ensuring that all service items are stocked (Cutlery, plates, napkins, glassware).

• Re-setting and flipping table linens, assisting the host’s when needed. 

• Follow the restaurant’s policies and procedures, adhere to the grooming policies of the resort.

• Other duties as required.

Required Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is an asset. 

• Previous experience in high volume fast paced food & beverage location is required.

• Strong organizational and communication skill. 

•  Strong leadership skills, positive team player.
