 Description:

Banquet server’s play a key role in the overall success of events and functions in the
resort. Your role as a banquet server is to provide exceptional service and work as part
of a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

Job Duties:

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• Set up and take down of banquet functions (tables, chairs, décor, food stations)

• Serve a la cart and buffet style functions

• Follow the resorts policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies

• Other duties as required

Required Experience:

• Previous customer service experience is an asset

• Previous experience in food & beverage environment is an asset

• Successful completion of the Provincial Certification Alcohol Service Certificate prior to start date (BC – Serving It Right, AB - ProServe)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated, positive team player
