Description:
Our Head Chefs are our most important positions, and thus they are people we hire with great care. We require a variety of skills including mathematical food quantity calculations, inventory management, staff management from a variety of positions and backgrounds, good interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, parents, and children, intricate knowledge of special diet needs, and many more. It is a challenging position both mentally and physically, but can be the most rewarding as well.
Experience 5 years minimum as chef and sous chef.
