seasonally

Description:

House Person’s play a key role in creating lasting memories for the guest by ensuring the
lobby and public spaces of the resort are clean, comfortable and inviting. Your role as a
House Person will be to provide exceptional service and work as part of a team to
deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

Job Duties:

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

• Clean/maintain public areas of the resort and clean public area restrooms. 

• Assist Room Attendants by replenishing linen, cart supplies and removing trash. 

• Attending to housekeeping guest requests. 

• Vacuum carpets where needed.

• Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standard.

• Report necessary maintenance items.

• Other duties as required.

Required Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills, positive team player.
