seasonally

Description:

Room Attendant’s play a key role in creating lasting memories for the guest by ensuring
the guest rooms are clean, comfortable and inviting. Your role as a Room Attendant will
be to provide exceptional service and work as part of a team to deliver an unforgettable
guest experience.

Job Duties:

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

• Efficiently clean and restock guest rooms which includes: dusting, making beds,

  removing linen/ garbage, replenishing towels and amenities, vacuuming,

  spraying and wiping tile floor, cleaning bathroom, replacing dirty glassware.

• Efficiently answer guest queries regarding the resort and hotel services and

  facilities.

• Follow the resort’s policies and procedures, adhere to the grooming policies of

  the resort.

• Other duties as required.

Required Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills, positive team player.
