Description

Lake Louise, located in Alberta, Canada. It is a glacial lake located just 5 km from the homonymous village and the Trans-Canada Highway, in Banff National Park, in the Canadian Rockies

Around the lake there are several hiking trails. Using them you can reach Saddleback Pass, Fairview Mountain (2744 meters), Mirror Lake (mirror lake), Lake Agnes, Big Beehive and Little Beehive, Devils Thumb (Devil's Thumb), Mount Whyte and to Mount Niblock. On some of these routes the use of mountain bikes and also horse riding is allowed. In addition, in the mountains that surround the lake you can practice climbing. During the summer, much warmer than the harsh Canadian winter, activities with kayaks and canoes are very popular.
